Daily is a personal journaling app. Your privacy is important to us.

Data Collection

Daily has no servers and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All journal entries, photos, and attachments are stored locally on your device.

Voice Transcription

Voice notes are transcribed using Apple's Speech framework. On devices that support it, transcription happens entirely on-device. On devices that do not, audio may be processed by Apple's servers under Apple's privacy policy. Daily itself never receives this data.

Third-Party Services

Daily does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Biometric Data

Daily offers an optional Face ID lock feature. Biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system. Daily does not access, store, or process any biometric data.
